Mr. Maskel, my high school science teacher, was a favorite because he believed in me and pushed me to achieve more than I thought I could. Finally, in college, I admired the teaching of Prof. Handy and Dr. Coss because when they lectured they used examples that their students could relate to and they actually cared that I did well. Education: Elementary Schools - Pescadero & La Honda Elementary High School - Pescadero High School University - U.C. Davis, B.A. Psychology & Communication Notre Dame de Namur University, Education Degree What I hope for my students: Most importantly, I hope to instill a lifelong love for learning and curiosity in my students. It is also important that they are more than prepared to do well in 6th grade, having made progress based on their individual learning levels. I also expect that students will try their best and have positive attitudes.
