To go along with the Hollywood theme, I will pass out old fashioned theatre tickets to those students "caught" being good and staying on task. They will receive a ticket, write their name on the ticket and place it in a popcorn cup marked "stale" (meaning the ticket is used, no longer good, get it??). Just trying to be creative!
The "fresh" tickets will be passed out on a regular basis (I hope) and at the end of each month, I will pick 3 tickets out and those 3 people (whose name is on the ticket) will win a prize.

Three Warning System : |
If at anytime a student is having a hard time behaving in class I will use a 3 warning system.
1st warning : verbal warning
2nd warning : miss recess and write a letter home to explain to parents why he/she missed recess. Letter will need to be signed and returned the next day.
3rd warning : phone call to parent. Conference may be necessary.
This disciplinary procedure begins fresh each day.
Warnings do not carry over.
