The OAK KNOLL SCIENCE OLYMPIAD NEEDS YOU!

Our 4th and 5th grade students will be participating in a SCIENCE OLYMPIAD on

FRIDAY, MAY 22, 2009 between 8:00 am and Noon

            We are in need of about 28 parents, friends, grandparents...people!!  You’ll be in charge of blowing up a few balloons, helping to set up your event using materials from a box that’s ready-made, and awarding points to our eager young scientists as they compete in the events.  If you are willing, become a Challenge Leader and take responsibility for a station.  In that capacity, you will receive the directions and rules to run the event smoothly.

            It will be a lot of fun, requiring a minimum of preparation.  Best of all ... it’s good for the children!
